The core charges allow for up to 30 minutes of support, after that you will be billed per minute at the rate of $2.50 per minute. NBXpress Service Contract customers are eligible for a 10% discount on all support rates.

Also, ask about our unlimited support contracts for NBX starting at $600/year.

ShoreTel and Mitel Support

Omaha Communications provides support for ShoreTel phone systems and Mitel Connect phone systems which are based on the ShoreTel platform. If your local ShoreTel support provider is not able to meet your needs we can help. Or if you need to upgrade your system from ShoreTel 14.2 to Mitel Connect software contact us to get a free evaluation and estimate. Upgrade before it’s too late and support is discontinued in 2020.
